Young Artists Collective

The Young Artists Collective is a student-led initiative dedicated to expanding access to and appreciation of the arts within the wider community and to provide an opportunity for young artists. It focuses on developing and supporting independent, creative work through collaborative projects, community events and an interdisciplinary approach. This initiative aims to create artistic engagement and help emerging artists while fostering meaningful opportunities for creative expression. By encouraging innovation and accessibility, the Young Artists collective attempts to reshape how art is experienced, especially for the youth.

Young Artist Collective: Improv Night

Indulge in the diverse world of theatre and some of Tamaki Makaurau's finest high school talent. Solely created and run by youth, Young Artist Collective is coming to a suburb near you with an all-high school cast bringing the joys and chaos of interactive improvisation. We welcome you to celebrate the arts of theatre through our improvisation comedy night. Supporting the platform we provide for the future of theatre. With proceeds staying closer to home, providing books and providing meals in partnership with Everybody Eats, to schools here in New Zealand through our initiative EduUnlocked. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the show knowing your ticket is helping people across the world. Young Artist Collective by artists for artists. Doors open at 6:30 PM, show starts at 7:00 PM. Light snacks and drinks will be available to purchase on the night. Free parking is available, but spaces are limited.
