Network 263

Empowering young people
in Harare.

SRDG is a proud supporter and partner of Network 263. Together, we seek to advance and empower the youth with methods of sustainable farming, and business practices across Harare, Zimbabwe to foster independence, create opportunities and promote self-sufficiency to allow for youth to develop and find their true potential. Network 263 also promotes digital inclusion, mental health support and AIDS/HIV prevention.

THE
WHY

Two organisations, one goal: We believe that every child, regardless of age, gender or geographical location, has the right to access proper education and a chance to develop themselves to create a better society. Together, we are building a future that is sustainable, equitable and healthier for children less fortunate around the world.

HOW IT UNFOLDS

The collaboration roadmap.

Phase 01

Listen

We gather information, to understand what communities need in Harare to assess for any immediate action required as well as plan for future operations.

Phase 02

Equip

Network 263 creates plans, notes limitations, provides boots on the ground support while SRDG supports financially, advocating and suggesting ideas. We equip children with the knowledge and the opportunities to be able to receive education without the fear of instability or desperation.

Phase 03

Build

Young people have a chance to create and practice skills learned in real settings, providing food for their families and opening opportunities for them in the future in and out of the classroom.

Phase 04

Sustain

We provide monitoring, weekly checks, mentoring to ensure the long term effectiveness until we determine self sustainability.
